During your tour, we will visit a planned community and explore the techniques and options offered by different builders. You will have the opportunity to see and touch the materials and designs that make each of the builders unique, and gain insight into what you value in a new home.
You will also have the opportunity to tour some of the amenities offered by the community and/or homeowners association, as well as get a feel for the offerings of the surrounding area.
You may find you are ready to begin the process of building your new home! Many others have done just that!

A prequalification letter from a mortgage lender is faster and easier than ever. It is the first step to preapproval for your mortgage loan and a necessity for Suzy to negotiate on your behalf. And you make no commitment to a lender when you get prequalified.
This letter is a requirement for an offer to be submitted.
Did you know a recent nationwide settlement now requires a buyer and a real estate agent to sign a commission agreement prior to ever viewing a listing?
This rule goes into effect August 17, 2024.
That settlement also disallows commission amounts to be posted on the MLS. That rule was implemented on July 29, 2024 in Texas.
