Suzy Phillips has spent her life in the DFW area, attending schools, colleges and graduate school in the metroplex, both private and public. She has watched the DFW area grow by leaps and bounds and has an appreciation for the different “vibes” offered in the many cities, towns, developments and neighborhoods that make up the expansive area. If you want to build, we know the DFW greater metro area and can help find your lot and represent you to a fabulous builder. We will listen to your ideas, help you traverse the journey from groundbreaking to walk through and closing, while representing YOUR interests, and only YOUR interests throughout the process.

The Money Part

We pride ourselves on easing the pain of getting the best loan, suited to your needs and plans, while taking advantage of the lowest mortgage rates in recent history.

There is no obligation to complete the loan processing with the lender you choose for a prequalification letter.

You may choose a financial institution you do business with for that or choose another.

You may find that the builder you choose has a lender who offers incentives!

Veterans can benefit from the recent increase in VA loan amounts, now over $500,000 for those who qualify!

First time homebuyers benefits are available for those who qualify and have not owned a home for the prior 3 years.

Homes “in the country” are also eligible for special incentives to those who qualify.

Getting prequalified for your mortgage is an important first step, even before Suzy begins to show properties. It is a simple process, performed by the lender you choose. The process is necessary and can act as a guide in choosing which homes to view.

Later, when you are ready to offer a contract on a property, a preapproval will need to be performed as well. It is a more involved process and will require a significant amount of documentation to ensure great rates and help avoid delay of closing. We recommend that process get started as soon as the prequalification letter is received.
